Shipping policy

Current processing times:

Made to order items: All jewelry is made to order by myself and has a turn around of 4-6 weeks. I am a one woman show, I make everything that will be on your piece. Also I don't do this as a 9-5, so life can get busy at times! I try my best to get everything done before that estimated time! 

S T A N D A R D  S H I P P I N G 

once your order has been processed it will be shipped via USPS or UPS with a tracking code.

Shipping is all handled by our carriers, I do not get in a truck and physically deliver your items, therefore I have no say or control over how quickly they may get to you during a high volume season. Once your items have shipped, please be patient with our carriers as they are experiencing high volume as well. 

Please note by choosing Priority shipping orders (2-3 day) do NOT affect processing time. The order processing timeframe still applies to your order. 

I can not refund your order or shipping costs due to lack of understanding of the above mentioned re: expedited shipping. 

  

L O S T / S T O L E N    P A C K A G E S

once your package leaves my studio it is in the hands of the delivery service. 

if your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package.
